Candle Burning
The Candle Burning Program is offered by our Capital District UWF as a channel of Mission Giving.
Persons may donate funds In Honor of as well as In Memory of loved ones. The burning of our Mission Candle symbolizes gifts to mission given on behalf of persons we love. In honor and memory of their lives, we burn our Mission Candle.
Each year at our District and Conference Annual Meetings, a candle is burned for the number of hours funded through this channel of giving.
